Just like last time. I want you to participate with me! Walk and or run however much you can with me or on your own timing this month. I will be running 100 miles within these 30 days 
 
While not completely necessary, any donations and your participation are appreciated! If you cannot afford a donation, spread awareness by sharing this post with others and or walking one with me and tagging me, no matter where you are in the world! 
 
Any money generated will go to The American Cancer Society ! 
 
Fortunately, nobody in my life is suffering with cancer, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't help
