RUMD Loop - SpaceX Hyperloop Team

My name is Kyle Kaplan and I am the Team Captain for RUMD Loop, one of 22 finalists at SpaceX's Design Weekend and one of 30 student teams in the world moving forward with building a Hyperloop pod for SpaceX's Competition Weekend this summer.
Our team is made up of 28 students at the moment. 24 from UMD, 4 from Rutgers. We have Physics, Engineering, and Computer Science students from all walks of life. What unifies our team is a desire to create the future. We see the vision before us and now we have the ability to directly influence the future path of the Hyperloop concept, perhaps one of the most exciting innovations in the recent history of transportation.
While we have already secured some funding, we want to get our greater community involved and engaged in our design. Donating to our pod design today gives YOU the opportunity to invest in the future of transportation and the success of a highly motivated, student driven team.
