Healing

Im going to Minnesota to the Mayo Clinic. I was diagnosed with lupus and many other things years ago. I will be missing work and only have three vacation days to use while I’m gone. I am supporting two other people on my income alone. I don’t need much but whatever you can spare is greatly appreciated. I’ve dealt with these issues for years and I just want to get better.
