Help The Kelley's Kick Cancer!

Donation protected
As some of you may know, Josh Kelley was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. The cancer has spread to his lymph nodes, which further complicates his diagnosis. This is obviously a serious situation, but his doctors are very hopeful and are outlining a course of treatment for him. He has already undergone one surgery, and will likely require an additional surgery in the future- as well as at least 4 rounds of chemotherapy. He is being referred to a specialist at Indiana University, the top Cancer Care Center in the world for his specific diagnosis. If you know the Kelley’s, you know that they are the last people to ask for help; and, if you have ever spent time with their family, you also know that they would be the first people to offer help to a friend in need. Therefore, I am asking for help on their behalves. As a family of 5, it is going to be a challenge to balance all of the unforeseen medical and travel expenses that his treatment will likely incur. Josh will be off of work for at least the next 6 months, and possibly longer, due to post-operative restrictions and chemotherapy treatments. If you would like to help by making a donation to the family, please do so. If you are a friend of Erin’s at St. Elizabeth, please be encouraged to donate PTO hours that will allow her to take the necessary time off to take care of Josh and the kids after his surgeries or, if necessary, during his chemo. If interested in donating PTO, a “PTO Donation for Hardship Authorization Slip” can be completed and sent to HR. Thank you!
