My name is Rudy, and my mission is to obtain my paralegal certification. I was recently released from prison and have dedicated my life to advocating for the men and women behind bars who have received unjust sentences or have had their constitutional rights infringed upon. I was forced to fight for my life not once but twice, as I recently beat back-to-back life sentences.

Within my 2 years back into society, I have created my own 501(c)(3) non-profit, "A System Down," and I'm currently enrolled at DeAnza Community College, where I'm working towards my associate's degree in social justice.

With my paralegal certification, I will be more of an asset to my community and fight for equal justice, while challenging the judicial system when proof of corruption or abuse may arise. I have the experience aspect down in respect to fighting and exposing my innocence in not one but two cases.
