Hi! I am starting a GoFundMe to help remove some of the financial burden for the Rubeck family while going through this tough time!
Travis Rubeck has been experiencing unexpected and unanswered medical conditions since 2022, with his most recent episode of last week. This family, including three beautiful children, has gone through great distress while juggling home life, school life, finances, and tending to Travis’ medical needs. Jennifer has truly been Wonder Woman for her family, but they could use our help!
A Medical Update :
“As most know, October of 2022, Travis had a seizure and was lifelined to IU Arnett. We’ve been dealing with neurological changes in him ever since. We have attempted to reduce seizure meds to see if these symptoms would resolve. Tuesday, he had another episode when he was extremely confused like he was before his grand mal seizure a year and a half ago. He has been brought to Lafayette. Over the course of the last few days he has had continued neurological symptoms including right sided paralysis that resolved, and combativeness, extreme confusion, restlessness and inability to speak. These symptoms come and go. He has had a couple EEG’s, a lumbar puncture, MRI’s and CT’s. We have more questions than we have answers at this point. This is obviously the extremely condensed version of what’s going on but it’s extremely overwhelming trying to take care of him, the kids, and everything at home by myself. Please keep all of us in your prayers and be with the medical team as they try to establish the root cause of these seizures and neurological issues.”
I hope to show the Rubeck family how incredibly generous this community is when one of our own are in need!
I will also be starting a meal train for them as well - more info to come on that! I am willing to meet and or meet Jennifer if available for cash donations. I also have a Venmo that can be used for donations for those not comfortable using go fund me! Please reach out if any questions or you’d like to meet for an alternative donation!
