Hello friends and family!
JaHbat F.C. stands for Jamaica, America, Haiti, Belize, Asia, and Trinidad; the cultural backgrounds of the team’s very first players. To date our team still boasts a very diverse roster and for that reason is unlike any other team in Chicago. We welcome all children, regardless of race, religion, gender, nationality or financial background. The goal of our organization is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn, apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship, and facilitate the development, strength, and character in every child that participates. We are sustained by the efforts of our wonderful volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that JaHbat F.C. is a positive influence in the lives of our children.
The money being raised here is for field lights that will allow consistency of practice times year-round while using ETHS fields.
We are hoping to raise enough funds to purchase the lights prior to this upcoming fall season.
