This fund has been set up to help one of our Baptist Hospital nurses during a very difficult time. Carri has had a sequence of unfortunate events happen recently, including the loss of her father today. This is a difficult time for her. This account has been set up to raise money for Carri to help with travel, car, funeral, & remaining hardship expenses. She has had a run of car trouble lately, & her current vehicle is unreliable for a road trip to put her father to rest. Let's reach out as a community & help Carri during this difficult time. Who knows, maybe we could even raise enough to get her a reliable used car to drive to fathers funeral that could be an ongoing gift for days to come! Carri would never ask for anything, which encourages me to ask for her.
Carri has been taking care of others as a bedside nurse for 20+ years, and continues to be an asset to our community. She is always putting others before herself. She is a single mom. Carri is continuously helping people any way that she possible can, whether it be volunteering, covering a shift, preparing a meal, or going the extra mile to make someone feel special on their birthday. She has already experienced the loss of her mother & her son's father. So, let's get together & step in as family for Carrie to fill this increasing void. No gift is too small.
