Joe Winkiewicz medical fund

On January 11, 2016 Joe was in a horrible car accident on his way home from work.  He was taking to Christ medical center in Oak Lawn. He is in ICU. He has a broken neck. The doctor keeps comparing his injury to Christopher Reid (Superman) but he is luckier because he can breathe on his own. He doesn’t have any feeling from the waist down. As of now the doctor is giving me a less than 10% chance of regaining that feeling back but we are all holding on to hope that he will regain it back. As of now he can move his arms but has no feeling in his hands. We are hoping that his feeling in his hands will improve as the swelling in his neck goes down. He has had two surgeries to fuse his neck back together. He will be in the hospital for a long time and will need lots of rehab as well. His medical bills are going to start piling up as well as he will be out of work for a long time and his wife Nancy has not been working so she can be by his side at the hospital. They are going to need lots of financial help over the next few months with medical bills, house mortgage and travel expenses to and from the hospital. Any little bit will help them. I want to say thank you so much for any help you can give them as they goes thought this really hard time.
