Help me WHEEL into my van

We are sending out a plea to local businesses and the surrounding community to raise money to help Teresa and Scott Vanderlaan purchase a wheelchair accessible van to help transport their son Jeremy who was born with Cerebral Palsy.
Jeremy is a wonderful boy with a beautiful spirit, however, he has been permanently confined to a wheelchair. Now at the age of 12 years old, he is growing into a young man which has imposed some challenges on his caring family. It has become increasingly difficult to transport Jeremy and the physical challenges are taking a toll on his mother in particular, who spends all of her time caring for Jeremy and her two other young children, while his father works hard to provide for his family.  Every little bit helps.
