My name is Nikki Wubbena, from Denver, Colorado.
Today we came close to losing my mom, grandmother of my children due to Hurrican Harvey in Port Arthur, Tx.
Janelle (Tee) Guidry, an 80yo elder women who had lost everything 12 years ago due to Hurrican Katrina and now affected again from Hurrican Harvey.
We are very blessed she was rescued as the water was coming in rapidly in her home, up to her chest with no way out due to her fragile state. Unfortunately, she has lost everything and can not afford to go through this process again due to her financial situation and her age.
Everything is lost-home, cars, clothes, all posessions large and small, etc. Everything is needed as she has no insurance for recovery.
I'm heart broken for her and everyone else that is being affected by this storm. My mom is an amazing person who always puts others before herself. No donation is too small, all donations will be givin to her to help her get back on her feet.
