where to start?  As some are aware there may be some who dont. Back in June of 2012 I had brain surgery to remove an epidural mass tumor from the back left side of my head. Neurosurgeon protocal says you can start blood thinners 7 days after brain surgery. I did to treat a DVT(blood clot). 8 days after surgery, because of the blood thinner, my brain started bleeding and if it were not for my wife getting me out of Corona and back to Saint Joseph''s, I would not have made it. So a 2nd surgery to stop (i think 5 bleed points). I had to learn to walk, eat, drink again. 3 weeks in Inhouse rehab at Saint Judes got me back. Really God got me back.  I did make it back to work only to start having issues with balance and my gait. It has steadily gotten worse. I'm using my wheelchair now when I have to go more than about 50 feet. A manual wheelchair for someone my size is a lot to push around. My wife is only 5'3" and a buck 25, she cant do it and it makes me feel crappy. I'm doing this in hopes of getting a mobility scooter. They aint cheap and  like the Levi store guy told me a long time ago when I said your sale says 18 dollars for a pair of 501's and mine are 28, why? he said thats a lot of jean. lol. Well this mobility scooter needs to carry my big butt,so its a lot of scooter. I have found a Pride trike scooter on sale . Pride is a USA made product with great support. I will also need a hitch mounted carrier for my car. with this scooter, I will be able to go for walks with Terri, Walks to outdoor flea markets, walks under the London Bridge, swap meets etc.  Ive tried Insurance my doctors have submitted twice for a power wheel chair and Ive been declined both times.
