Help support Kaye’s journey to independence!

On May 6, while Kaye was working she was robbed, shot and left for dead. The bullet pierced her chest 2cm from her heart and exited out of her thoracic spine. She is now paralyzed from the chest down with only a 10% chance of ever walking again. Through great strength and perseverance she has worked hard to get herself out of bed and into her wheelchair. She will be released from the hospital a lot sooner than anticipated. For Kaye to live as independently as possible she is going to need several things. A ramp, and handicap shower to name a few. Unfortunately, the store owner carried no insurance so she will need to come out of pocket for any medical equipment. I am hoping we can all rally together to help as much as we can.
