Help Sheila with medical, bills, &living expenses

Hi, my name is Katie, 

As most know I am Sheila's daughter.  In the last month and a half, Sheila's life has been turned upside down.  On April 28th, 2021, she was
rushed to the emergency room only to end the night with a diagnosis of colon cancer. This diagnosis began the fight of her life. She had
emergency surgery on April 29th, 2021  to attempt to remove the tumor. She then received the devastating news that the tumor was too
complex and she would need the services of a major medical center. 

She was sent home with a home health team to recover from her first surgery and get ready for cancer treatments to reduce the tumor. 
On May 26th, she was  readmitted to the hospital because the tumor decided to get very aggressive and she developed sepsis. She faced
another emergency surgery which was needed in order for her to survive at that moment and for her to have a chance to battle this tumor.  The tumor became so aggressive that the only hospital and specialists that could possibly handle this cancer would be at a major medical
facility in New Orleans.  She has been transferred to New Orleans awaiting more testing and waiting for a large team of surgeons to
meet to create a plan for a major complicated surgery that she will be facing in order to have another chance at life. 

 She is asking help for her family with the cost of  living expenses, traveling expenses, monthly bills, and  medical bills if her insurance does not cover something. Living expenses are because we honestly don't know how long we will have to stay in New Orleans.  New Orleans is 
over 2.5 hour commute, so it is not possible to commute back and forth daily. In the state that she is in, she requires someone with her at all times. 

I have currently stepped away from my job, because I choose to stay at my mom's side for the support and comfort she needs. As many
people know I am her only child and she has no other means of income. Monthly bills back home will soon start to stack upon us.
