Rowyn's Top Surgery

Coming out as Trans* was the most liberating gift I could have ever given myself.  Although I have experienced extreme dysphoria in my body as early as the age of 8, it took me years to come to these terms. This body I live in, is not one that I feel safe or comfortable in. 
Since late March of 2018, I have been living as an out, transmasculine person, and have been experiencing the most joy ever in my 18 years alive. 
I am incredibly grateful to be safely out and I recognize how much of a privilege this alone is, but Top Surgery is vital in order for me to feel lifelong happiness in my own body. Therefore, I have arranged for myself to undergo this surgery (bilateral mastectomy + chest reconstruction) on December 20th with Dr. Zol Kryger.
While I am fortunate enough to have an insurance that covers 80% of costs, I will still have to pay at least $2000 for the surgery, surgeon & hospital fees. The money raised on here will go directly towards my surgery, as well as the month of recovery where I will be out of work and travelling to the surgeon and back. 
That all being said, I have about two months to work and gather the funds for this surgery. To everyone who is willing and able to donate, I am so grateful for you. I have no words for the happiness you are helping me achieve.
