After being in business for over 9 years, custom crocheting, knitting, spinning, dyeing, weaving, and teaching, I feel like it's time to take the plunge and open up a yarn shop here in Seneca. At the moment, the closest yarn shop is 45 minutes away, so we're all left with the option of either driving, buying acrylic at Hobby Lobby or Walmart, or ordering online. I want to give local yarn-lovers a great place, not just to shop, but to hang out and connect with each other. Bring your current project and sit and stitch with us! We'll have classes, workshops, a winding service, a community spinning wheel, an in-store library, and free coffee all day.
Community is the big factor here, and I want this to be a great space for all who want to use it. Help me make it amazing!
Here are the tiers for donating and how you will be rewarded :)
1) Up to $49- donation because you want to see this shop succeed! (Having the shop open is the reward.)
2) $50- Two free Rows and Roses patterns of your choice gifted to you via Ravelry, 20% off your first shop purchase (You will need to email me at [email redacted] once you've made your donation so we can get your details worked out.)
3) $100- Insider! Lucky you :) You'll get your choice of two free Rows and Roses patterns gifted to you via Ravelry, 20% off your first shop purchase, a birthday surprise, and you get to sit on the unofficial "stock planning committee" that will meet once a quarter to discuss all the yarn, fiber, notions, and extras that you want to see available in the shop. (You will need to email me at [email redacted] once you've made your donation so we can get your details worked out.
**NOTE** You are solely responsible for reaching out to me via email listed above ON THE DAY that you make your donation. I will not be able to take random customers coming into the shop, claiming they want rewards. You MUST email me with your full name, donation amount, and the email address you used to make the donation ON THE DAY that you make the donation. This is the only way I can keep everything straight. Thanks for understanding.
