<div>As a local charity whose work is crucial to those who are easily forgotten, The Howarth Foundation work to provide a Private Sector solution to a Public Sector problem. Through this, they support the homeless, recently re-housed, those fleeing domestic violence, sofa surfing or in unsafe accommodation, guiding them into employment or training.

<div>First up is Dom, and when he’s not pumping iron, you’ll find him dazzling audiences on stage with his incredible musical theatre skills. From Christmas Panto to daring performances such as Bonnie &amp; Clyde, he’s a real showstopper, and oh boy does he have an incredible set of pipes!

<div>On the other side of the boat is Allan, who loves nothing more than exploring the great outdoors, embarking on epic walking adventures. His love for nature is rivalled only by his passion for pool. With a cue in hand, Allan becomes a pool shark, sinking balls and impressing opponents with his strategic finesse.

<div>Our team will hit the A9 Northbound on <strong>Friday, 23rd June</strong>, rowing 54 miles over the following two days, and having feet back on Yorkshire soil on Monday, 26th June. With each rower towing three nights’ accommodation in their canoes, we’ll be packing light and pitching our tents along the way.
