Golden Gates is a non profit cultural exchange group allowing young artists, musicians, dancers and others in the Arts Community worldwide to share their gifts and talents with others.
Golden Gates mission: Improving good will between the people of America and other countries. To develop a better understanding of cultures, music and traditions.
Building Cultural Bridges! Keeping the Peace! Saving the world!
Golden Gates has been building bridges across cultures through cultural exchange for more than a decade. Groups of 15 young dancers comprised of students from different countries come to the US with mission to share their culture, traditions, history and more with people in the United States. Since 2003, 30 youth groups have visited the US and shared their talent and culture with over 500,000 people. And in the next 10 years we plan to perform for over 1 million people in the US.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
All those years, our groups have been traveling though the USA on the same van. This van, unfortunately, has broken down after 364,000 miles.
To be able to continue the mission, we have to have raise funds to purchase a safe and dependable vehicle, with seats for 15 passengers and a trailer hitch.
There is an almost new vehicle available (over $70 000) but the owner generously offers it for $50 000 and we would like to purchase this vehicle and for this we need your generous donation.
