Handcart Eagle Scout Project

My name is Ethan Lister. As a young man in the Roswell Georgia Stake, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to participate in our stake's pioneer trek this past year. I had an amazing and spiritual time and want for many of my younger friends to have the opporunities I did to grow in their faith and have a better understanding of the sacrifices made by our pioneer ancestors. 

For my Eagle Scout Project, I am repairing the 15 existing handcarts we have to use in our treks and acquiring and building three new carts. These carts will bless the youth in the North Georgia Stakes in the years to come.
 
I have reviewed multiple companies that make quality handcart kits to insure the cost is as low as possible for the quality required to withstand the physical demands of multiple treks. Combining the cost of 3 new handcarts and the replacement parts for the existing 15 handcarts will be $3,000.  Any donating will be greatly appreciated, and will only be used for this project.
