ross' rehab and recovery

I'm raising money for my middle son, Ross, to stay in rehab and make a full recovery from alcoholism. I am a recovering alcoholic myself, 14 yrs sober, and it is beyond painful to watch my son plead for help when he is sober and then fall back into the darkness when he can't resist. I was FINALLY able to convince him that he needed a rehab facility, and was able to get him into Villa Veritas, only to find out that the 80% that the insurance covers leaves me about $8000 short! I don't want him to have to leave Villa Veritas before he's able to stand firm against his compulsion for alcohol, I don't want him to be forced out 1/2 way to the finish line. He went willingly, knowing he needs help, WANTING help.....now I'm asking on his behalf for help from all of you...help to pay for his full recovery, to release this bright and ambitious young man from the grip that alcohol has on him...help to bring him out of the darkness and into the wonderful light...

Here he is 17, posing with his art work....I offered to pay his car insurance for the year if he would paint the Marine Corp emblem on the hood of my truck...he did it with hand brushes, and it was perfect...he has a god given talent for art.

Last year, on a sober day, goofing with his younger brother, who had his first acting part in the school play.

With Anjelica, who has stood by him at his darkest, because she knows how he is when he's sober, and wants that guy back.

His dog....with whom I have seen him snuggle with on the floor and sleep ....drunk or sober he loves that dog more than anything....
