We are pushing ourselves completely out of our comfort zone and have booked 2 tickets to compete in HYROX on March 14th doubles event. Training for this is recommended 12 weeks ahead so we start right away and are hoping to raise money for this great charity that caught our attention due to their cancer support leading the way with self care adapted to each individual. We have been well and truly inspired and blown away by the work that they do and hope this challenge will gain us some sponsorship to support.

More information about Ahead Of The Game Foundation: Ahead Of The Game Foundation is a non- profit foundation set up in 2021 by Dave Bolton who was diagnosed with the world's deadliest tumour and biggest killer of the under 40’s in the world a Glioblastoma Multiform 4 (GBM4). He now remains in the top 2% of the world's survivors after given 3 months life expectancy in 2015. The aim of this foundation is to bridge the gap in the NHS by providing free rehabilitation to those diagnosed with all types of Cancer.
