Rosa in Puerto Rico

This is my sister Rosa Hernandez with me. She lives in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, USA. Hurricane Irma hit a few weeks ago and last week Hurricane Maria hit. The Island is devastated. I have not spoken to my sister in a week. I know that water and food is scarce. I can not get any resources to her and I'm stressed and feeling helpless. There is no electricity, cell phone towers are down, and there is no gasoline. I know that she is ok. I have her bank account number and will be depositing some cash in it, but I feel that it may not be enough to repair the house or evacuate her if we need to. I was going to request more but I know that many of my family members also have family there. It's very difficult for me right now. Any help you could give would be deeply appreciated. She will be able to get it when the power comes back up and will help her to recover. God Bless Puerto Rico.
