Namaste. My name is Cameron and I am the founder and creator of my small business Root to Rise. Help support Root to Rise's mission and expansion by becoming a sponsor and donating!
Root to Rise is a small business with big dreams and goals. Its foundation is based upon bringing holistic health and integrative lifestyle medicine to modern-day society. I strive to inspire and inform others about the power that lies within each of us...that the body is naturally in a state of balance, and that when we are out of balance, illness and disease occurs. Thus forms the motto of Root to Rise: Live In Harmony With The Universe.
Root to Rise focuses on diet, exercise, yoga, mental health, sleep, environment, meditation and so many more factors to bring balance to one’s well-being. I try to lead by example, having shaped my own life around holistic principles. Living my unique journey also includes a passion for travel, learning, and exploration. My endeavors encourage you to find your own passions and follow your heart to be the best present for the world. Root to Rise influences the community through social media sharing, by the publication of a holistic health guide book "Setting The Foundation," a recipe book "Smoothies," and a free website "Root To Rise", by selling goods at the farmers market in Greensboro, NC, and by offering personal consultation services.
I am furthering my education (currently enrolled in a Holistic Health Training Course) and I hope to take a raw food course and a yoga 300 hr training in the near future. It takes time to research and write creative content. Efforts are put forth to learn about the different platforms Root to Rise uses to share information. Sometimes, obstacles come up and I need to hire experts to join the team and help. All of these take money! Your donations and support help keep the content possible! Any amount is much appreciated! A little bit can go a long way!

My overall mission and passion is to create a healthier and happier community. Profit is not my goal or a benchmark of my success. $15,000 is my annual fundraising goal for supporting all Root To Rise endeavors.
