Root Canal, build up tooth, crown

During Covid a tiny filling fell out. Now half of the tooth has
broken off in small pieces at a time. This wkend was horrible. I was on an antibiotic but it didn’t seemed to help. I have to get rid of the
infection so I can have this procedure done. This  is so painful. If     you have anything extra to give I would appreciate it. Most of y’all already know my story and I just don’t have the strength to tell it again.
