Roosevelt Cooper Funeral Expenses

A bright future whose life was way too short.    Bright, polite, friendly, full of life, Roosevelt  gave me way more back than I gave him  in the time I spent with him.  Please consider a donation to help pay for funeral funds.  Any leftover money will be going into a memorial scholarship.
