- a house flipping company based in Colorado Springs.
I spend my time as an investor taking unorthodox fix and flip deals in obscure locations that other investors wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole.
So far I've helped a couple in Arvada flip their house and sell it for cash so they could move to California to live with their family and got them an extra 20% more out of their home.
I've also bought a mobile home in Gunnison, Colorado from a couple who were holding it as a rental so the husband could get a heart transplant. I'm currently in the process of selling that home right now.
Now, I'm working on flipping a home on 35 acres down in Walsenburg, CO for an out of state Florida resident who has had a bad string of luck.
He got a $5,000 settlement from his insurance company to repair his broken roof and his tenant at the time recommended someone off the street to do the repairs.
He trusted his tenant's recommendation and gave the guy the insurance money, only for him to take the money and run off with it and never do any of the work.
I'm now taking over the job and already have a couple who is interested in purchasing the home through a VA qualified loan, but I'm running low on my cash reserves because I'm behind on my federal income taxes.
I've been working on getting caught up, but just haven't been able to get ahead.
I'm seeking $10,000 in capital to fix this homeowners roof and replace a window that a bear broke into, so that I can get the home listed on the market and sold to a qualified buyer.
