Roof Repair and Tree Removal

My name is Thomas Fulford, Jr.  I live in Brunswick Ga.  While working to help clean up after Hurricane Irma I came upon a house that was covered in a tarp  that I found out had been covered since Hurricane Matthew.  FEMA did not help after Matthew and has denied helping now after Irma.   I learned the couple that live in the house is a Viet Nam Vet, who has suffered a stroke, leaving him paralyised and with aphasia and prostate cancer.  His wife has survived breast cancer twice since 1989. The roof is a type of roofing that cannot be replaced by a shingled roof.  It requires the roof to be replaced with a new seamless rubber membrane. The estimated cost of replacing this type  of roof is $450 a square  and will take 38 squares to replace just the roof.  The fascia and sofit is another $2700.  To remove the tree stump and the crushed building is another $3500.  Mr and Mrs Wanzo, Tallie and Benny, have no insurance and are on Social Security.   Their house is plagued with leaks that the tarp cannot eliminate and have suffered these conditions for more than a year with no help from FEMA except $499.50 given them this year as disaster relief.   FEMA has suggested they appeal the decision from Hurricane Matthew, but they have been asked to wait until FEMA has caught up with the Irma problems.  
No veteran should have to live under these conditions!  If you can help this deserving couple, any amount will be appreciated.  This is a Chrisatian couple who have endured but still need help from those of us who have been blessed and can help them. God bless you.
