Ron Urieff Memorial Fund

Tuesday August 12, 2014 Ron was in a serious motorcycle accident. He was running errands after work when he was hit by a car making an illegal u-turn. Ron was trapped under the car for an undetermined amount of time before paramedics and firefighters arrived and lifted the car off of him. They were able to re-start his heart in the ambulance on the way to Palomar Hospital in Escondido; however Ron remains in a coma. The doctors are constantly monitoring the pressure in his brain and have said the first 48hours are the most critical.

While Ron is receiving the best care possible, his family is facing significant medical bills beyond what his health insurance will cover.

Many of you have been asking how you can show your support to Ron and his family. While he remains in the ICU, visitors are extremely limited and flowers are not allowed.  The best way we can help at this time is to donate on his behalf.
