Ron's Fight For Life

Two weeks ago, Ron was diagnosed with Oesophageal Cancer, which has spread to his Liver & Lungs and is terminal. Ron commences Chemotherapy on Thursday 16th March, 2017. 
Ron was born on the 10th of October, 1969 in Parkes, NSW. He currently works and resides in Orange with his beautiful new Wife, as of 24th January, 2015, Wendy Moore.
Ron is very proud of his Aboriginal Heritage and of his people the Wiradjuri People. He has taught the Wiradjuri language at Parkes East Primary School, Parkes High School & Forbes North Public School. He is currently a School Learning Support Officer & Teacher for the Wiradjuri Language with the NSW Department of Education and teaches at Canobolas Rural Technology High School.
Ron is a keen Photographer, which gets him out and about around Parkes area, taking beautiful photos for all to enjoy. He is also an accomplished Didgeridoo musician. He has performed at many Community Events as well as Family & Private functions.
Ron lived for some years in Boyne Island, where he attended Toolooa State High School and made many lifelong friends to which he also started a Facebook page/group remembering and sharing good times with people from that area, new and old alike. 
The money being raised will go towards Ron's medical espenses and ongoing treatments. They will also go towards day to day living costs, as you can imagine that this will be a very trying time for Ron and his wife.
