I am running this to help sick children and their families through their tough times. I am also running the 240 kms in 24 hrs(HomeRun)in a team of 10 to challenge myself and see if I have it in me.
A single day for a family to stay close to their sick child costs about 70€ euros a day. Some of them have to come to Utrecht from as far as Groningen.
To take part in the HomeRun, we need to raise 7000€ in donations which gives a single family a place to stay and fight for 100 days. I am happy you will a part of this effort! :)
