Hi!My name is Marley (I'm on the left) and this is my big brother Rollie!
My buddy Rollie needs some help!
He is a gentle giant who likes to play hard and has caused some serious damage to his back knees.
My parents say he has a full tear on his left ACL and a partial tear on his right. I'm not sure what that means in the adult world...
But, what it means to me, is that my buddy is slow to get up and move around and doesn't come on long beach walks with us anymore.
The doctors say the prognosis is good with surgery, he's young and strong and should be able to lead a long, active and happy life.
I miss my goofy big bro showing off and playing with me, mom slows him down now to keep him from hurting himself more.
A note from the adults...
We are hoping to get some help to pay for Rollies' surgery, he is a part of our family and we would love nothing more than to see him grow up healthy and active with Marley.
He's a big dog with a big heart and loves to be with his humans, no matter where they may be.
It hurts our hearts to see him in pain and not be able to do the things he's loves most, like play fetch, run and take long walks. Its even more hard to see him have trouble with the simple things like, sitting down or getting back up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, more than words can describe.
