Roger Kirkland Memorial Scholarship

Roger Kirkland spent his entire life working with young people and encouraging them to "Do their best and be their best."  His untimely death has saddened all of us who knew him.  We are funding a scholarship to be given in June, 2019, to a worthy graduating student at Hiram Johnson High School, where his oldest son, Garrett, is now principal.  This is our way of honoring Roger's commitment to bettering the lives of young people. Our goal is to give a young person a hand up, as Roger always did.  We will make the scholarship either one or two, or even three, depending on the amount we raise.
