Roger ate the Christmas ham bone!

A lot of people have seen our Roger dog hanging out the back window as we drive around town, bringing smiles to everyone that sees him. He is such a funny guy, and a very loved member of our family. After Christmas, Roger got the Christmas ham bone and ate the entire bone within minutes, before we were able to get it from him. Not long after he was showing signs of being in pain. We rushed him to the vet and he's had to have surgery to get the bone out. He is home as of this morning and doing a little better. The is a huge financial hit to our already struggling family at $3000. We are a family of 5 living in a 1 bedroom on a disability income. Roger is so very loved and worth every penny. Not just  to our family, but to the people he brings so many smiles to in the community. We really need help covering this bill, any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you so much, and God bless.
