Rod’s cancer treatment fund

Rod was recently diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. This diagnosis came as a surprise to us all. Unfortunately this is a very aggressive cancer which will require a great deal of traveling and treatments.

Rod has already undergone one surgery to remove a tumor and cancer infected lymph node. We met with a specialist Friday and he is awaiting a few more tests to determine the best treatment option. These chemotherapy treatments will require frequent travel from Berlin to Dartmouth Hospital. He will likely spend days at a time at Dartmouth Hospital receiving treatment.

As most of you already know Rod delivers papers for a living. This is something he will no longer be able to do, and as a result he will no longer have an income.

We are starting this Go Fund Me to help Rod and Michelle (mom & dad) financially in hopes they can focus on battling cancer rather than worrying about finances.

Anyone who knows them knows they are the type of people who will give the shirts off their backs to help someone else in need. We have all watched them time and time again sacrifice their own needs to meet the needs of others. They would never ask for help, which is why we are doing it for them.
