Rocky's Kids Need Tap Shoes!

My name is Rocky, and I am 14 years-old. I am rasing money to buy tap shoes for  kids who are taking tap classes from me at the Boys and Girls Club in San Fernando, CA. Every week more kids want to take the tap class so I want to raise money to go directly to the Club so they can purchase more tap shoes. My family has donated all the tap shoes so far, but we just cannot keep up with the demand.
          I have been taking tap dancing lessons for the past six years. Tap is a VERY important part of my life and identity. Not only do I love to tapping, but it has also helped me with my confidence. Since tap has changed my life for the better, I want to share this wonderful dance form with kids that can't afford tap lessons. I  know that tap can change a life as it has changed mine. Every Friday I go to the Boys and Girls Club about 40 minutes from my house and teach beginning tap to kids. I love going there to see my studensts every week. They are very special kids and I am so proud of them. They range in age form 7-12. We have so much fun. We are now preparing a dance for their Holiday Party. I plan on teaching tap at the Boys and Girls Club for the next four years until I go to college.
