There were 417 mass shootings in the US in 2019.
These statistics are completely outrageous and should be unacceptable to everyone. Thankfully organizations such as Everytown For Gun Safety are working hard to make change through education and by lobbying to pass sensible gun legislation.
On Saturday, July 11th the Mega Dads will be doing our small part for the cause by raising money and awareness to support the efforts of Everytown. We've grown an amazing community of friends and fans and we're hoping we can count on you to lend your support.
Rock To End Gun Violence will be an ALL DAY Rock Band 4 marathon in which we'll be rocking our hearts to raise money. The more money you donate, the longer we rock! In fact, for each $5 raised we will play for 10 minutes. Our goal is to raise $400.00 and if we achieve that goal it would mean we would play for over 13 hours STRAIGHT!
As a fun bonus, for every donation we receive, the donor can choose one of the songs listed below for us to play! Just leave your song pick in the comments of your donation!

The entire event will be livestreamed on Mixer.com/MegaDads beginning at 9am CST and we'll have a few fun surprises in store for those that tune in. So make sure to watch!
As part of our Mega Dads Outreach initiative we're going to devote more of our time and energy to charitable efforts, and Rock To End Gun Violence is our first all new, all original effort. Gun violence prevention is something that we feel very strongly about and we hope that you'll join us in taking a small step towards a safer country.
