On the 3rd of July we would love you to take part in a 5K walk, run, relay, welly throw or organise a novelty idea with friends and family to raise funds for the Blue and White Support Group and Union activities.
The Blue and White Support Group strives to reach out to Rock men and their families going through a difficult period in their lives by providing support, guidance, and friendship. The needs of those seeking assistance ranges from moral support to practical support. Sometimes a non-judgemental conversation is enough to see the wood from the trees!
