Rochester Refugee Cloth Masks for COVID

We are raising money to provide cloth facemasks to the medical community nationwide and the refugee community in Rochester. We expect that the demand for these facemasks is going to grow significantly. We need to raise $5/mask to build inventory now in order to preempt that demand. I expect that the cost will come down quickly, but that is our best estimate for the first run of masks. 

We are raising $5000 to put the masks into production and start shipping them to the healthcare workers who have asked for them. We will distribute them for free to hospitals and to our community of 500 tenants with no access to supplies or masks.

They will not be N95 rated but will be made in accordance with the CDC guidelines for emergency face covers.
