We are excited to announce that this year we have decided to select the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter as our charity of choice. We are thrilled to be supporting this non-profit organization because it is a local organization and is one of the few euthanasia-free animal shelters that operates in Manitoba, which means all animals they take in will be taken care of for as long as is needed until they find their furever home (yes, I just made that corny pun)! This year we will be accepting financial donations using this GoFundMe campaign page. Let us just take this opportunity to thank those of you who are able to give to this wonderful organization! For those of you unable to offer any donations, that's totally okay! We know the financial struggles of being a student/human. There are a lot of ways you can still help out if you are able and wanting too. Sharing this page with friends and spreading the word can go a long ways. Maybe you've even been considering adopting a pet yourself lately. Regardless, your donations and/or time is very much appreciated.
