Thank you for viewing this page. We appreciate you and are excited to announce our plans for this coming year.
We are being sent into missions! God has confirmed this through prayer, our mentors, and past missions experiences. During our service with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in Costa Rica and Panama during summer 2017, God placed in us a passion to share His love with Spanish speaking populations.
Our first step in YWAM missions is to complete a five month Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Ensenada, Mexico. The DTS will help us understand God’s heart for missions, provide mentorship in our pursuit to develop healthy habits for marriage, and expose us to base needs we could step into as staff long-term. This missionary training, totaling 12 weeks of lecture and 8 weeks of outreach, will last from September to February. After this, we expect to start preparations for long term missionary staff placement.
We will need prayer and financial support throughout our missions journey! Consider joining our prayer team to pray for our safety, lasting provision, and above all for us to keep God at the center as we pursue a healthy start to our marriage. Financially, the DTS requires us to raise $15,000 in support to cover airfare, training fees, food, and housing. Thank you for investing into our lives and the lives of those we will serve.
