Robins Nest Teacher Appreciation Fund

As of last week, 35 teachers from Robin's Nest (Sleepy Hollow) have been put on unpaid furlough, as the school does its best to survive these unprecedented times.

In collaboration with many of the parents from Robin's Nest, this fund is an effort to supplement some of the salaries of those teachers who have given so much of their love and devotion to our children. Hopefully, our efforts offer a fraction of the security and peace-of-mind these teachers have given to us throughout the years. No amount of money will sufficiently represent the gratitude we have for everything these special human beings do to make our kids feel loved, appreciated, and seen every single day they walk inside those doors.

Please note that the funds raised will be evenly distributed among all the teachers on furlough, with the goal to distribute the money on May 1st. Raquel and I are going to donate one month's tuition. However, we encourage every family to donate (or not donate) any amount that feels right. Donations can be made anonymously as well.
