Greetings, friends!

My name is Robin Plunder. I am literally the best cat in the world, just like so many of my feline brethren.

My mom found me in the woods 13 years ago, with some chemical burns between my shoulder blades. I was a good sport, though, and despite never growing hair there again, I grew up healthy and with a personality never before seen. I love to reach out and touch her face at night, and purr.

I rarely asked for much in life except good food, affection, and a place to practice my gymnastics.

However, a few months ago, in late May, I was stricken by a sudden blindness and odd, obsessive circling. My mom took me to five different vets (she's always been one to want a second, or even third opinion!) and eventually, my neurologist told my mom that I probably have a brain tumor. The only way to know if I can be operated on is to get an MRI, which is really expensive. It will cost around $4,200. I keep wandering into and off of things, despite her best efforts to keep me safe. I want to run and play and while I still find joy in some things, it's not the same as when I could see and could walk right. Sometimes I get lost and scared just looking for her.

Unfortunately, Mom only had enough to pay for part of the actual surgery and not for this. She knows that it's rough out there for a lot of people, and she would be grateful for any help - even the smallest of donations- for me. There is a good chance that my tumor can be removed and my sight restored, but the doctor needs to see exactly where it is.
