Roberto's Family Needs Your Help

There's no kidding tough times are upon us, yet some people are not only having to deal with COVID, but some are also dealing with life or death as well.  One such person is our local superstar postie, Roberto. 

If you don't know Roberto, it begs to ask how not?  Roberto has been the local postie in Zetland now for about 6 years.  The guy is super friendly, genuine, positive, and completely dedicated to delivering first-class service.

Unfortunately, two years ago, Roberto was diagnosed with advanced lymphoma, and battled it out with chemo that saw him cling to life, and then return to it.  He came back strong and was onto the job as soon as he was well enough. But in January this year when he was just about to celebrate his 2nd 'new life birthday' as he calls it, his routine tests came back with grim news... it had returned.

Roberto has again been going through chemo, however, due to depleting his finances when he had his first diagnosis, the guy has been working full-time...but sometimes only just.  In June he is due to have a bone marrow transplant which will mean he's in isolation & recovering for about 6 months.  But he will have no income.

We would really love to gather everyone's support and try to help Roberto, as he has his wife and 2 beautiful kids to support as well.  Geez... it would really take the stress off him, which would help tremendously with his recovery & hopefully going into full remission.
