Robert F. Reader II Fundraiser

Donation protected
Hi everyone, it saddens us to be in this position as we mourn the untimely death of our dear friend Robert F. Reader II, who passed away on January 22, 2022. Nevertheless, we are honored to have had him in our lives for the years we had him. Robert was someone very special to us... The close bond and relationship that he and Destiny established during these past years as she was his caregiver, was nothing short than that of a daughter and father relationship. In essence, within his heart she became the daughter he never had. As for me (Phillip), Robert and I became very close as we were very similar in character and in nature. We grew into a close knit ring of respect, admiration, and trust that framed out our friendship. Our many talks about life in general, to see and feel our own perspectives and visions  through each others eyes... be it over our many games of chess, him stopping by my office, or him summoning me to his unit just to talk... there was a true sense of admiration for each other. It was the aforementioned that led our dear friend Robert to ask Destiny and I if we would be willing to uphold his instructions and wishes in the event of his passing, as he had no next of kin or anyone that would be up to the challenge of getting him to his desired resting place. Destiny and I said yes without hesitation, as he was our friend and for us it is necessary to ensure our friend makes it home and so here we are keeping our promise to fulfill his instructions and wishes. About Robert, anyone who knew Robert knows he was a straight shooter, a big fan of all sports yet a die hard SF Giants and SF 49ers fan, and truly loved his companion Dutchess. He was well known here in the Seascape Community. Robert was really proud of his father who truly was an inspiration to Robert. Robert was a great friend who was embraced by many and to pay homage to him and to get him next to his father as he wished... we are putting this GoFundMe account together in hope of acquiring whatever donations we can to get him to Jackson, Ca. to lay him to rest next to father. Robert had his plot already established at the Jackson City Cemetery. Now it's up to us to finish the ending of his story. Whatever donations we can get would be highly appreciated. Thank you all whom knew him and embraced him as a friend and for who he was as a man. God bless
Rest in peace our dear friend... as we know your finally home in the comfort of our beloved creator. You'll always be remembered and missed. We say to you as u always told us... WE LOVE YA KIDDO!
Any and all donations are appreciated. We know that as a collective we can accomplish this for Robert. Special thanks to Deputy Public Administrator Debbie Hartman of Santa Cruz Co. for all your work, guidance, and support to help us see this through. Destiny and I thank you all in advance for supporting Robert in his time of need and standing behind us as we push to get Robert to his final resting spot with his father. Thank you and god bless.
