<div>Am 6. Februar hatte ich einen Erörterungstermin vor dem Verwaltungsgericht.

<div>In diesem Termin hat das Gericht versucht, zwischen mir und der Ausländerbehörde einen Lösungsweg zu finden.

<div>Dabei wurde deutlich festgestellt:

<div>Mein Bleibeinteresse wiegt höher als das öffentliche Interesse an meiner Abschiebung.
</div>

</div>
<div>Das Gericht hat sogar § 25 Absatz 5 Aufenthaltsgesetz als möglichen Aufenthaltstitel vorgeschlagen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Die Ausländerbehörde hat jedoch signalisiert, dass sie an einem Vergleich oder einer einvernehmlichen Lösung kein Interesse hat.
</div>
<div>Aus ihrer Sicht hält sie grundsätzlich weiterhin an der Abschiebung fest und möchte deshalb eine gerichtliche Entscheidung im Hauptsacheverfahren.

<div>Das Verfahren geht daher weiter.
</div>

</div>
<div>Eine Entscheidung im Hauptsacheverfahren wird nun voraussichtlich Anfang Sommer erwartet.
</div>

<div>Das bedeutet:

</div>
<div>Es ist noch alles offen.
</div>
<div>Und es besteht real die Möglichkeit, dass dieses Verfahren ein gutes Ende nimmt.
</div>
