Roarke & Parker’s Fundraiser

Hello,

We are Roarke & Parker’s parents, Dale & Elijah Wiens and we are raising funds for both boys to support their early childhood education, occupational therapy needs and assessments.

Roarke is 6 years old, he is very social and loves fire trucks, excavators and animals, cows in particular. Roarke has Down Syndrome and has delayed speech. Roarke is needing additional speech therapy as the school district is unable to provide regular sessions. We are raising funds for Roarke to receive a block of speech therapy virtual sessions from the Down Syndrome Resource Foundation as well as equipment like an adjustable dining chair and stroller.

Parker is 3 years old, he loves airplanes, figurines and everything running/climbing. Parker is requiring an Autism assessment. There is currently a 2-3 year waitlist. We are raising funds for Parker to get an Autism assessment privately so that we can assess early childhood therapies and resources sooner.

We would greatly appreciate any and all donations we receive, these funds will allow us to provide the support and resources our boys need so that they can have their best chance of success in leading whole, happy and healthy lives.
