Running for a plastic-free society

We are Claudio & Marco and we are running the Midnight Sun Marathon in Tromsø, Norway, under the name 'Road To Tromso'.

We believe in a plastic-free society and we support all organisations sharing this mission and battling to make this change happen. Our motivation is not simply to run a marathon, we also want create a message and inspire many others to join our campaign ahead of our journey to Tromsø.

As part of this journey, we are committed to educate our audience on the issue caused by plastic pollution, and rise against it. Besides training for the upcoming races, in this journey we partake in multiple races, we provide giveaways, challenges, and we attempt to educate the wider audience while trying to inspire it to get involved by organising recurrent #Plogging events across Europe to make an impact and raise awareness of our project and the issue. 

The goal is to tackle plastic pollution one run at the time, by teaming up with 6 organisations that are committed to tackle this issue.

Each euro raised, is a contribution for 1 of 6 organisations committed in preventing the global environmental phenomenon that is sickening our planet.
