October 30th, 2024, my 34-year-old uncle, came home from work & tried taking a shower, but he felt sick & he dropped to the floor because he couldn’t stand anymore. The ambulance was called and he was taken to the er where it was said he suffered a stroke caused by high blood pressure 250/180. Causing him to have a brain hemorrhage. October 31st they attempted to remove the blood clot by having a craniotomy and stopped the bleeding but the blood left some damage to his brain. After the surgery he went into a coma for 8 days, he woke up November 8th, 2024, and now he has a tracheostomy tube in his throat. My grandparents have been by his side day and night, every day, 24/7. They had to stop working so they can be by their son's side, every day because he has nobody else except his parents. We are currently waiting for him to respond to commands so he can be put in a rehabilitation for physical therapy but they are giving my grandparents the run around because of his insurance. So at this point we are preparing to pay cash in order to get him in. Please help us out to get him the help he needs to get him on the road to recovery this has been so hard for our family.
