Hello,

We have the privilege of leading our community’s annual Festival of Remembrance, which includes a formal military parade, a secular Ceremony of Remembrance, and is attended by a representative of HM The King.

This year, the core parade and ceremony will take place from 1030hrs - 1115hrs on Sunday, 9th November, bookended by other community activities.

Part of the significant planning is the road closure and, our volunteers being incredibly busy on the day, we need support funding an accredited traffic management company to keep everyone safe.

We have been unable to secure any support for this element of the community event, and so we are running a fundraiser to help cover this essential cost.

We’d be most grateful for the support of the Elloughton-cum-Brough community! Even £5 would be an invaluable contribution.
