April's Kidney Transplant

Our 34 year old daughter April Johnson is having a kidney transplant in May. PKD ( polycystic kidney disease) has affected our family for generations. Her Great Grandfather died from it, her Grandmother was on dialysis for eight years before she died. This genetic disease has affected each generation of our family. April's kidney function has been steadily decreasing over the years and now she is in need of a transplant.
April was very lucky to find a kidney donor match in her aunt Laurie Anderson.
We feel very lucky that her Aunt is a match and has offered this great gift of life to her.
There are many expenses involved in the whole transplant journey.
Along with the transplant cost there is also a loss of income, and living expenses while living in Rochester for a month of follow up after the transplant.
For this reason I'm reaching out to ask for any monetary support that anyone is able to offer.
